I am an experienced and versatile award-winning content creator, with a
background in journalism, TV production, and non-profit communications.
I have been creating content all my life – on-air, in print, and online. I have worked on radio as a reporter and presenter, in TV as a journalist, cameraman, producer, director, and editor, and in the non-profit sector doing pretty much everything required of a multi-skilled communicator.
I love to be busy, and I'm eager to put my talents to work for mission-driven organizations and socially responsible corporate entities. I shoot and edit video, make photographs, and write stories. For me, a really successful content creation project means delivering a range of multimedia assets you can use across different platforms.
I have traveled extensively for work, collecting and creating content in dozens of countries across all the inhabited continents. I have reported from many humanitarian crises, ranging from natural disasters to epidemics to armed conflicts, and I have had the privilege of sharing the stories of some of the most resilient and inspiring people on the planet.
I also really enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience and I have been fortunate to be involved in helping media and humanitarian professionals to develop their own content creation skills.
I'm Irish, and I split my time between New York and Limerick.
